Meet Christina
My work is grounded in a simple belief: healing is possible, and the right support can change the course of a life.
Growing up in a home shaped by trauma and silence, I learned early how profoundly children are affected by the environments around them. Those experiences ignited a lifelong commitment to helping others break cycles of pain and build lives defined by resilience and hope.
For more than 22 years, I worked across early childhood, primary, and secondary education, as well as in tertiary settings including the University of Southern Queensland. Throughout my career, I supported students with complex needs and worked closely with families and educators to create inclusive, trauma-informed learning environments where every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Today I am the founder of Heart to Heart Conversations, where I combine my professional experience in education with lived insight into trauma and neurodivergence. Through mentoring, speaking, and writing, I help individuals and families move beyond survival and begin building the life they truly want.
My debut memoir, What Love Made Possible, shares the deeply personal journey behind this work—a story of breaking intergenerational cycles of trauma and discovering the transformative power of compassion, courage, and love.
